CAR AND PARKING

It is easy to get to Tversted Skole (Tversted School) by car. The school has a large parking area with plenty of space. There are also four Clever charging stations available for electric vehicles.

BUS

Bus 82 stops directly in front of the school at the bus stop Tversted Gl. Skole. It runs through Hjørring and Sindal and stops at both train stations.

Please note: Bus 82 does not run on weekends. Read about Flekstrafik beneath.

FLEXTRAFIK (ON-DEMAND TRANSPORT)

Flextrafik is a good alternative when buses are not running, for example on weekends.
You are transported from address to address.

Trips must be booked no later than 2 hours before departure.

TRAIN

There are train connections to both Sindal Station and Hjørring Station:

– RE 75 towards Skagen via Frederikshavn
– RE 76 between Hirtshals and Hjørring

From the stations, you can continue to Tversted Skole by Bus 82 (weekdays only).

AIR TRAVEL

The nearest airport is Aalborg Airport (AAL).

How to travel from Aalborg Airport to Tversted Skole:

1. Take Bus 12 (towards Universitet) or Bus 71 (towards Aalborg Busterminal) and get off at Lindholm Station.
2. From there, take a train to Hjørring Station.
3. From Hjørring Station, take Bus 82 to Tversted Gl. Skole (weekdays only). On weekends, Flextrafik can be arranged. Read about Flextrafik above.
